The company is serving the international industry for more than ten years with buffalo’s (our flagship product), crickets, grasshoppers and mealworms. Kreca Ento-Food BV is under supervision of the Dutch Food Safety Authorization (NVWA) and authorized to produce and sell edible insects.

Kreca Ento-Food BV is continuously optimizing its methodologies and processes to continue guaranteeing high quality and safe insects. All insects are free of hormones, preservatives, antibiotics and pesticides which make them a natural and healthy source to any diet. At Kreca Ento-Food we strongly believe that insects play a major role in solving some of the world’s greatest challenges such as food security and environmental degradation. Insects have a low feed-conversion and require almost no water, use far less land and produce almost no greenhouse gas emissions. Insects are a great sustainable source of healthy ingredients.
